The direct transmission motorised compressors in the MDVS series are designed to meet a wide range of industrial needs, according to Paul Sowerby. ?Like the MDVN series, these compressors are compact, powerful and reliable, but their heavy duty specification means they also suit tough environments.
?A free air delivery range of 9500 to 12,000 litres per minute and maximum pressures between seven and 12 bars result in impressive power,? he explained.
The MDVN and MDVS compressors are direct transmission and without step-up gearboxes. This maximises reduced wear of the screw set, minimised noise output, no overheating, greater fuel economy and improved energy productivity.
The asymmetric oil injection profile is created via high pressure grinding to deliver competent compression performance with minimal energy dispersion. Equipped with Perkins EPA Tier 4 and EU Stage IIIA emission compliant engines, the MDVN and MDVS portable compressor units are not only quiet and efficient, but also clean.
