Sandy Whyte and Hugh Black purchased Aberdeen’s Rubislaw granite quarry in 2010 but now it is filling up too fast with water. The five-acre quarry is 150m deep, almost 120m wide and was closed in 1971. Read more »

A big yellow truck took away the top prize in the Sculpture by the Sea exhibition in Western Australia with its creator Paul Caporn taking home a reward of $15,000.
