'Intelligent' jaw crushers
The UJ440i and UJ440 E jaw crushers, from Sandvik Mining & Construction, held pride of place at Hillhead last week.
The UJ440i, with a jaw size of 1200mm x 800mm (48" x 32"), comes with an on-board intelligence system and promises optimised production with "wireless" interlocking between units when working in train.
The UJ440E, also equipped with a 1200mm x 800mm jaw size, is an easily transportable mobile crusher with low emissions and economical operation from an electrical mains or a diesel generator.
