On 13 June, Roy Watterson Lincom CEO and Li Dongchun, deputy general manager of LiuGong’s overseas business division and the president of LiuGong Asia-Pacific, signed official paperwork confirming Lincom’s new status as a LiuGong distributor for NSW and Queensland and a 13 further orders for LiuGong equipment.
“Now that we have the additional coverage with a very experienced company like Lincom, we are confident that we can provide more capacity for the quarry market and we can give better service support to the customer,” said Luo Guobing, the overseas sales and marketing general manager for LiuGong.
Watterson added that LiuGong’s products are a good fit for the quarry industry, particularly cost per tonne for materials handling.
LiuGong offers 15 product lines to customers worldwide, including wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, backhoe loaders and skid steers.
Within the Asia-Pacific region, LiuGong has offices in Australia and Singapore, including spare parts depots in Brisbane, Townsville, Wollongong, Ballarat and Perth.
In addition to distributing Powerscreen crushers, screens and washers, Rapid International pugmills and Hercules trommels, Lincom has for the last three years also been LiuGong’s dealer for the Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Pacific Island markets.
